Problem Note 47065: Unable to open Microsoft Analysis Services OLAP cubes in the 64-bit version of SAS® Enterprise Guide® 5.1

When using the 64-bit version of SAS Enterprise Guide 5.1 to open a Microsoft Analysis Services OLAP cube using the Microsoft OLE DB Provider for Analysis Services 10.0, the following error occurs :
An error occurred opening cube "YourCubeNameHere". An unknown failure occurred while connecting to the server or provider. No other information can be surfaced. Specified cast is not valid.

The only workaround is to use the 32-bit version of SAS Enterprise Guide 5.1.
